1. GH-CNC428 is a four-axis spring machine wire diameter from 0.8-3.0mm
2. The machine contain wire feeder axis, outside diameter axis, pitch control axis and cutting axis. This four axis can move independently or synchronously
3. The pitch adjusting can be ealier in two type: cam inclined type and shaft pushing type
4. The outside diameter can be adjusted by the controller parameter easily and it controlled by the independent driver
5. The machine can manufacture different kinds of compression springs without adjusting the mechanical parts, no need to move the cam plate

What is need before send customer quotation of the machine
--Before send quotation to customer ,need received this informations:
1. Spring drawing(contain all the parameters) or spring samples
2. Customer company name and address with tel information
What is the machine guarantee?
--Machine can have 1 year guarantee, except the wearing parts.
What about the training?
--For the training can ask customer coming to our factory for training, (training is free), you only need to pay yourself
We also can arrange engineer outside to customer place for training, customer need to pay enginer fees (like visa, tickets, foods and hotels. Also for the training fees)
