The flocking machine system generally adopts two processing data operation modes: teaching and editing; With intuitive processing status display system, users can quickly know the processing process and adjust at any time; With add, modify, insert, delete and other processing data editing functions, convenient and quick to solve the hole position offset, porous, leaky and other problems.
For regular graphs, such as a neat row of holes that are equally spaced, or where one part is the same as another but in a different position, special functions can be used to quickly generate the required data. These functions include splitting holes, copying, translation, and the usual pattern generation.
Through the function of dividing holes, the regular pattern of planting holes can be generated quickly. II. Introduction of equipment structure
The mechanical system of flocking machine is mainly divided into three parts: head, fuselage and fixture.
1. Head: it is the main mechanical part of the wool fusing machine. The main action of wool fusing is to take the wool, cut the line, form the wire, tie the wire to the brush wire, and implant the brush wire into the hole.
The head mainly realizes the above action through the connecting rod and CAM structure. The head is divided into two kinds according to the way of fusing: copper (iron) head and horse nail head. The copper head is mainly used to press the brush wire into the hole with a specified length of copper, and the copper piece is inserted into the two walls of the hole to meet the requirements of tension. The head of the horse nail machine shapes the iron wire into an inverted "U" shape, ties the brush wire, implants it into the hole, and achieves the locking effect through the deformation and expansion of the wire.
The head is divided into four sizes according to the length of fusing: 26H, 36H, 75H and 150H. According to the hair color is divided into: monochrome, two-color head; According to the speed of hair planting can be divided into: ordinary head and high speed head.
2. Fuselage: it is the main structure of the fusing machine, used for installing the head, motor, screw, table and fixture.
3, fixture: is used to install the setting of processing products, according to different product technology, design different fixture.
4, control system: the current market of CNC flocking machine is basically to take servo motor or stepper motor drive. The overall structure of the actual equipment is shown in the figure above, which is divided into two horizontal axes, namely X axis and Y axis. The two shafts are driven by direct screw connection.
X axis: used to drive the worktable left and right translation, so as to drive the actual required processing material left and right movement fixed distance;
Y axis: it is used to drive the front and back translation of the worktable, so as to drive the actual required processing of the material forward and backward movement fixed distance;
Z axis: used to drive the table up and down;
Other axes: A-axis, B-axis and C-axis are used for rotation;
