How efficient are industrial robots? Industrial robots are multi-joint manipulators or multi-degree of freedom machine devices widely used in the industrial field, with a certain degree of automaticity, can rely on their own power energy and control capabilities to achieve a variety of industrial processing and manufacturing functions.

China, a leading agricultural country, has been comparatively slow in industrial development, and many factories still rely on semi-manual and semi-automatic production, resulting in low efficiency and output. However, in recent years, with the development of artificial intelligence, industrial robots have become increasingly prevalent, especially in non-industrial fields. The overall delivery cycle has been reduced from 18 days to 5-7 days and production efficiency has increased by 30%.

In smart factories, the faint hum of machinery can be heard in the distance. A yellow AGV vehicle automatically retrieves parts from the warehouse and delivers them to different loading stations. Another batch of AGV vehicles transports the assembled products to the discharge port. Forklifts awaiting at the exit are guided by intelligent laser systems to transport the products to the opposite aging testing center.
The intelligent lock screw machine on the production line never stops; it can automatically tighten 130 screws every 8 minutes, while the same work would typically take a manual worker an hour to complete. These statistics clearly demonstrate that using industrial robots can achieve much higher levels of work efficiency than manual labor. To keep up with the times, it is essential that we stay on top of the wave of technological development.
