Servo Motor power cord selection and wiring method

The power cord specifications of the servo drive must match the motor capacity. The input power (primary side) of the driver of the larger power motor is a three-phase power supply,Servo Motor  and the driver of the small power motor can be operated by connecting to a single-phase power supply. The output end (secondary side) of the servo driver must be a multi-phase output in order to form a rotating magnetic field, Servo Motor so it must be a three-phase output voltage, plus a ground wire.

When wiring, the phase sequence of the output voltage must be correct; otherwise, Servo Motor the direction of rotation of the servo motor will not rotate in the reverse direction, but it will not rotate at all, because the phase sequence of the output of the drive matches the direction of rotation of the encoder and cannot be arbitrarily changed. Never connect the commercial power supply directly to the motor, otherwise it will only cause damage.

The output line of the servo drive is usually wired by the user. The supplier only provides correct wiring instructions. The wiring of the encoder is more professional,  Servo Motor and can be delivered after the wiring test of the manufacturer is correct, to avoid unnecessary failures.
