The servo drive motor is unstable and the speed is fast and slow. The main reasons for this failure are the following: the servo drive parameters are not adjusted properly,Servo Motor and the regulator has not reached the optimal working state. The speed feedback signal is unstable due to interference or poor connection. The tachogenerator is not installed properly, or the connection between the tachogenerator and the motor shaft is poor. The carbon brush of the servo motor is worn. The armature winding is partially short-circuited or short-circuited to ground. The input voltage of the speed reference is disturbed or the connection is bad.
When the machine is turned on, the CNC works normally, but the actual servo motor does not rotate. From the perspective of the servo drive and related parts, there may be the following reasons:Servo Motor broken armature wire or poor contact.
The "pulse enable" signal or "control enable" signal is not sent to the driver. The speed command voltage is poorly connected or disconnected.
For a motor with a brake, Servo Motor the brake may be defective or the brake is not energized because the brake is not released. The DC voltage used to release the brake is not applied or the rectifier bridge is damaged or the brake is broken.
