what is the difference between pulse and ethercat ?

Compared with the pulse type, the bus type is small in size, and the control program is much simpler than the PLC ladder program, and it can also make the motor current, voltage and temperature, seat, etc. really feedback time; Current; subdivision of temporal changes; Simple control of S-shaped acceleration and deceleration; analog; synchronous commands; Offline control, etc. Typically, the bus type is pulsed. There are many new features with no drawbacks. Bus type is the development direction and trend of stepper motor motion control in the future.

1. Option 1
At present, the control scheme in use is Mitsubishi FX3U + Lesser servo (pulse) + Kunlun Tong, which I personally think is a comprehensive cost-effective solution, and then 3 axes and below applications.
2. Option 2 (consideration)
If all adopt Huichuan's PLC (bus) + servo (bus) + touch screen, the price can be comparable to scheme 1 according to the supplier, and the advantage is bus, simple and convenient.
3. Option 3 (Consideration)
If the use of Fanyi PLC + Leisai servo + Fanyi touch screen, the price is 6.7 hundred lower, and the low price configuration is considered.
Domestic PLC has used Delta, personally feel that the software is not easy to use, and there is a gap with Mitsubishi, so I am not cold to domestic products.
1. The current boss listens to others advocating that the bus is the most stable, better than the pulse scheme, forcing the bus to change, and the cost cannot increase much. I heard that after a few years, the bus maintenance is convenient, the pulse is easy to break, and the maintenance is inconvenient,
Is there such a statement?
2. I personally think that there is no essential difference in the use of pulse and bus, pulse scheme within 3 axes, bus scheme above 3 axes, from the cost and connection is more reasonable, everyone thinks
3. The respective applications of bus and pulse, comprehensive consideration of cost, maintenance, etc.
