Numerical control system
Numerical Control System is the abbreviation of digital control system, the English name is (Numerical Control System), according to the control program stored in the computer memory, the execution of part or all of the numerical control function, and equipped with interface circuit and servo drive device of the special computer system. Through the use of numbers, words and symbols composed of digital instructions to achieve one or more mechanical equipment action control, it is usually the control of position, Angle, speed and other mechanical quantities and switching quantities.
Generally, the whole numerical control system consists of three parts, namely control system, servo system and position measurement system. The hardware of the control system is a special computer system with input and output functions. It performs interpolation operation according to the workpiece procedure and sends out control instructions to the servo drive system. The measuring system detects the position and speed of the linear and rotary motion of the machine, and feeds back to the control system and the servo drive system to correct the control instructions; The servo drive system compares and regulates the control instructions from the control system and the feedback information from the measurement system, and controls the PWM current to drive the servo motor, which drives the machinery to move according to the requirements. These three parts are organically combined to form a complete closed-loop control numerical control system.
Simply put, the numerical control system is to realize the motion trajectory through the motion control card or motion controller.
The performance of the motion control card is not much different from that of the motion controller, but the motion control card can be moved on the Windows platform software, so its software resources are rich, and the application software with powerful functions and practical interface can be written by using VB \Visual C and other high extreme languages. Especially when the automation equipment needs to use PC for image processing, or need to use large tool software, such as CAD for mechanical processing, CERBER for PCB board processing and other software, the use of motion control card is more convenient to operate!
