1.Divided into mandrel axis, spool and winding shaft(optional), twelve axis synchronous operation;
2.Eight work position axis control eight group of slide which can control each work position axis move in or out;
3.Wire feeding system is vertically mounted behind the machine, a total of 2 group wire wheel precise controlled by computer, the minimum delivery unit is 0.01mm. Features: wear noise, cam shaft, high synchronization accuracy.
4.Rotating core axis can be positive and negative. The coiling device is mounted on slide, and can realize the positive and negative rotation of the multi ring;
5.The position of each axis, the length of cable, the speed of production, the quantity of production are all displayed on the screen. Online programming and debugging is convenient.
