The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Ministry of Public Security have jointly issued two national professional skills standards for industrial robot system operators and network and information security administrators, China Youth Daily reported. Earlier, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security formulated and promulgated 18 national vocational skills standards, including logistics service technicians. Among them, 7 occupations, including network and information security administrator, logistics service division and supply chain manager, belong to the fourth category of "social production service and life service personnel" in the Occupational Classification Code of the People's Republic of China (2015 Edition), and 13 occupations, including industrial robot system operator, belong to the sixth category of "manufacturing and related personnel."
Among the national vocational skills standards promulgated this time, the national vocational skills standards for four new occupations, namely industrial robot system operator, supply chain manager, e-sports operator and Internet of Things installation and debugging technician, are promulgated for the first time. Industrial robot system operator refers to the person who uses human-computer interaction equipment such as teaching device and operation panel and related mechanical tools to carry out assembly, programming, debugging, process parameter change, fixture replacement and other auxiliary operations for industrial robots, industrial robot workstations or systems. Supply chain managers refer to those who use supply chain management methods, tools and technologies to coordinate the whole process of product design, procurement, production, sales and service, so as to control the cost of the whole supply chain system and improve the accuracy, safety and customer service level. Esports operators refer to those who are engaged in organizing activities and content operation in the esports industry. Internet of Things installation and debugging personnel refer to the personnel who use testing instruments and special tools to install, configure and debug Internet of Things products and equipment.
The relevant person in charge of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security said that these national vocational skill standards are comprehensive regulations on the theoretical knowledge and skill requirements of employees in the service industry, manufacturing industry and other fields based on the current distribution of vocational positions and skill demand in China, and closely follow the future development requirements of relevant industries and technical level. It is the basic basis for carrying out vocational education and training and talent skill appraisal, and will have a profound impact on promoting the quality improvement of employees in related fields, upgrading of related industries and industry development.
The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, together with the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Public Security and other departments, will further organize the compilation of training programs and training materials, guide enterprises and other employers and social training evaluation organizations to carry out vocational skill level identification.
