Recently ADTECH, a subsidiary of STEP, received the certificate of "2020 Jiangsu Science and Technology Award" issued by the Science and Technology Department of Jiangsu Province, and the winning project was "Key Technologies and Industrial Applications of Autonomous Controllable Motion Control System Based on Intelligent Parameter Tuning".
The project was jointly completed by Shanghai STEP Robot Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of step,ADTECH( Shenzhen) Technology Co., Ltd., Lianyungang Jereh Electronics Co., Ltd., Southeast University, and the 716th Research Institute of China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation. Relying on the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Equipment Development Department Type Spectrum Project and other scientific research programs, after 7 years of industry-university-research cooperation and interdisciplinary innovation, the project has completed the independent research and development of core components and chips of motion control such as intelligent servo drives, high-precision encoders, foot controllers and core R/D conversion chips, forming a comprehensive motion control industry chain at the chip level, component level and system level.
In terms of economic benefits and project value, the project has overcome the key technical bottlenecks in the motion control industry, solved the problems of low localization rate of core components and components under the background of rapid growth of control system market demand, long procurement cycle of foreign high-precision products, and low degree of intelligence, provided a complete industrial chain of completely independent and controllable core chips, core devices to the system, formed a technical system and industrial chain linkage, and multi-dimensionally promoted the strategic emerging industry of Jiangsu Province - high-end equipment control system industry chain to climb to the high-end link. Catch up with and surpass the international advanced level.
