Since the release of GB/T 24476, the national standard for the Internet of Things for elevators, and No. 56 of the General Administration, local governments have gradually promoted the construction of local supervision platforms. In some places, it is required to have functions such as audio call or video monitoring as well as basic operation data collection. STEP Elevator Cloud has mature products in elevator operation data acquisition and data acquisition + video.
In order to better meet the actual needs of customers, STEP elevator cloud team has recently developed a terminal ESDT400SA(-B) that supports elevator operation data acquisition and voice call, further expanding the hardware products of elevator cloud family.

The overall characteristics
■ ESDT400SA(-B) can seamlessly access the existing analog five-party system
■ The terminal is highly integrated, with five-party analog to digital call modules and data acquisition and transmission modules integrated into one terminal
■ Support CAN, RS485, and RS232 to collect elevator running data. Reserve one dry contact input
■ Compact size, support standard rail installation
Voice call function
■ With four-wire analog walkie-talkie to realize the phone call between car staff and remote maintenance staff or the telephone in the duty room, SIM card does not need to open the phone call function, based on network phone
■ Up to 3 phone numbers (mobile or landline) can be set remotely through the cloud platform, without onsite Settings
■ After the cage personnel press the cage call button, they can set the phone number and dial it in turn until one of them is connected
■ The terminal can parse the alarm signal (ringing signal) of the five-party system and upload it to the platform, and pop-up prompt can be displayed on the platform
■ In case of trouble or elevator failure, the terminal can play a soothing voice to the car deputy through the five-party intercom interface
■ When the passenger presses the alarm button, the terminal control car will play the voice prompt of "Alarm signal has been confirmed"
■ A car sub-machine with the terminal can also achieve remote communication, for villa ladder application without adding the computer room host
