In this context, relying on the advantages of robot technology and resources accumulated over the years, STEP has increased the research and development of intelligent production solutions for the rubber tire industry, and achieved a series of application results, which meet the new requirements of handling, loading and unloading, laser lettering and other applications, and bring value to tire manufacturers and users.
In traditional production, the production process of embedded cycle card, steel invoice and vulcanized hollow bar code is highly dependent on manual, and the quality is poor. The STEP laser lettering solution is adopted to eliminate the overflow phenomenon of cycle card, reduce the repair rate, and improve the product phase; Completely bid farewell to the cycle of the card, steel receipt process caused by materials, labor and error correction costs, improve the vulcanization machine usage, to achieve cost reduction and efficiency; It can automatically interact with MES system and automatically generate data, get through MES and WMS system, and improve the level of digitalization and intelligence.
The solution was developed by STEP in cooperation with integrator Kudoku Intelligence in 2020, and has since been successfully applied in batches by leading companies such as Zhongce Rubber, Linglong Tire and Sailun Tire. Zhongce Rubber said that after more than a year of stable operation, the program is satisfied with the effect of use, less than a year to recover the equipment investment, has been promoted in the group's various factories.
