STEP Robot Super Factory is the first robot manufacturing robot smart factory in Shanghai that has been completed and put into operation, and was awarded the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's intelligent manufacturing pilot demonstration factory in 2021. With an annual production capacity of 10,000 industrial robots, all intelligent manufacturing projects in the factory are developed and integrated by our company, and the project uses large-scale application of leading manufacturing technology to realize the intelligence and digitalization of the whole manufacturing process.
• With the completion of the new Shida Robot Super Factory, the number of workers has been reduced by 80% and the one-time pass rate of product testing has increased by 15% through the batch use of robots.
• Through efficient and flexible automation technology, the design capacity of 10,000 units/year has been realized, and the output efficiency per unit area has been increased by more than 30% compared with the previous manual operation;
• Through the use of a warehouse management system, the overall inventory level was reduced by 10% compared to the original lean inventory.
