On November 16, 2022, the "Ofweek Cup 2022 China Industrial Automation and Digitalization Industry Annual Selection and Award Ceremony" hosted by OFweek was held in Shenzhen. After screening and online voting by the organizers, and comprehensive scoring by authoritative experts in the industry, the final 53 winners were announced in the award ceremony. STEP won the 2022 China Intelligent Manufacturing Digital Factory Annual benchmark Enterprise for its remarkable achievements in the field of automation and digitalization.
STEP takes motion control technology as the core, focuses on servo drive, frequency conversion speed regulation, robots and industrial controllers and other products, develops digitalization and intelligence, and provides customers with high-quality intelligent manufacturing comprehensive solutions. At the same time, centering on the development strategy of the enterprise, STEP pragmatically promotes the practice of intelligent factory construction according to the characteristics of its own products, processes and orders, so as to fundamentally improve product quality, production efficiency and enterprise competitiveness.

When we come to the intelligent production line of drive control all-in-one machine, the charm of technology and digitalization comes to us. The end-to-end digital production line is adopted, and each process in the assembly can be checked and controlled. All data are stored in the MES of the factory. Four-axis and six-axis robots work together, improving production efficiency and product quality.
The STEP robot super factory uses robots to manufacture robots in batches, reducing the number of workers by 80% and increasing the one-time pass rate of product tests by 15%. With the efficient and flexible automation technology, the design capacity of 10,000 units/year has been realized, which increases the output efficiency per unit area by more than 30% compared with the previous manual operation. The factory was selected as one of the first 20 intelligent factories in Shanghai, and was awarded as the pilot demonstration plant of intelligent manufacturing by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in 2021.
