1. Create an atmosphere for safety month activities
In a conspicuous position in the factory, an eye-catching safety month theme banner is hung, and a theme display rack for safety production month is carefully set up in the office building, and is equipped with a wealth of promotional materials for employees to read at any time. These initiatives aim to actively promote a safety culture, disseminate safety knowledge and further enhance the safety awareness of employees. Through these activities, it is expected to create a good safety month activity atmosphere of "everyone stresses safety, everyone will respond to emergencies - smooth life channel", so that every employee can deeply understand the importance of safety, actively participate in it, and work together to build a safe working environment.
2. Organize safety training for all employees
In order to implement the safety production requirements of superiors and improve the safety awareness of employees, the company held safety training for all employees in Meiyu Road Factory and Siyi Road Factory on June 17 and June 19 respectively. The training content includes safety production knowledge, types and use of fire-fighting equipment, fire extinguishing methods, fire escape skills, etc., and everyone watched the 2023 safety production warning film in Jiading District and some typical fire accident cases at the training site.
Through training, the safety awareness of the majority of employees has been further improved, especially in the face of emergency safety accidents, and at the same time, it has played a positive role in improving the ability of employees to deal with fire incidents.
3. Carry out fire drills
In order to effectively improve the staff's proficiency in fire evacuation and escape skills and proficient use of fire extinguishing equipment for fire fighting, the company carried out two fire drills on the morning of June 27 and June 28 in Meiyu Road and Siyi Road, and invited Nanxiang Fire and Rescue Station to cooperate with the guidance of emergency drills, including emergency evacuation and the use of fire extinguishing equipment.
When the fire emergency alarm sounded, everyone responded quickly, bent down through the billowing "smoke", and evacuated from the upper floor to the emergency evacuation assembly site in an orderly manner according to the drill plan. Through the emergency escape and evacuation drill, we experienced the correct method of emergency escape, familiar with the procedures and routes of emergency evacuation, and ensured that when the fire came, we could escape and save ourselves quickly, efficiently and orderly, so as to ensure the life safety of all employees to the greatest extent.
After the evacuation of the employees in place, the firefighters at the drill site carefully explained the types and use of fire extinguishers to the employees, and the employees actively participated in the practical training of the fire extinguisher.
