
The "mythical beast" is out of the cage, how to spend the summer vacation? In order to enrich the summer vacation life of employees' children and promote emotional communication between employees and children, ADTECH, a subsidiary of STEP, recently held a series of summer camp activities of the "Migratory Bird Plan" in 2023.
The first event kicked off on July 17, when the staff activity center of COFCO Intelligent Manufacturing Science Park was bustling, and 35 children of STEP ADTECH employees walked into the "Intangible Cultural Heritage Handmade Small Class" to kick off the summer camp.
Chinese knots, face molding, paper cutting, tie-dyeing, origami, Peking Opera masks... These intangible cultural heritage are all brought to small classes. Through 35 intensive learning sessions and on-site teaching over 5 consecutive days, the children had close contact with the excellent traditional Chinese culture, felt the charm of intangible cultural heritage, and improved their hands-on ability.

It is worth mentioning that the event also invited Mr. Zhou Changhe, general manager of Zhongweixing, to speak at the meeting. He pointed out that family is the source of employees' strength and the most valuable asset, and Xinshida Group and Zhongweixing are committed to building a positive environment that supports employees to get along with their families. The holding of corporate family parent-child activities aims to allow employees and their families to enjoy happy times together, stimulate family unity and cohesion, and ensure the further development of employees and enterprises by creating a harmonious family atmosphere.
For the summer camp, the staff also gave high praise. "The opening of the public welfare summer camp has solved the anxiety of our children's summer arrangements to a certain extent for us dual-income families, and at the same time, the children have been influenced by traditional culture, expanded their horizons, and spent a pleasant, wonderful and meaningful summer vacation."
The summer camp is aimed at the children of employees, giving priority to the children of front-line employees and "little migratory birds" who come to spend the summer vacation, and has received careful guidance and strong support from the Bao'an District Minorian Community Trade Union, Zhongweixing Trade Union and COFCO Property in terms of curriculum design, resource allocation and activity venue provision. The successful holding of the event further implemented Zhongweixing's care and care for employees, and effectively enhanced their sense of gain and happiness.
