Servo Drive High Performance

First, the application field:
Servo drives are widely used in the field of injection molding machines, textile machinery, packaging machinery, CNC machine tools, etc.
Second, the relevant differences:
1. The servo controller can easily convert the operation module and the fieldbus module through the automation interface, and use different fieldbus modules to achieve different control modes (RS232, RS485, optical fiber, InterBus, ProfiBus), while the control mode of the universal frequency converter is relatively single.
2. The servo controller is directly connected to the resolver or encoder, forming a closed loop of speed and displacement control. The universal frequency converter can only form an open-loop control system.
3. The control indicators of the servo controller (such as steady-state accuracy and dynamic performance) are better than the general frequency converter.
