Recently, STEP subsidiary received the certificate of "2020 Jiangsu Science and Technology Award" uniformly issued by Jiangsu Provincial Department of Science and Technology for the project of "Key Technology and Industrial Application of Autonomous Controllable Motion Control System based on intelligent parameter Tuning".
The project was jointly completed by Shanghai STEP Robot Co., LTD., a subsidiary of STEP, Shenzhen Zhongweixing Technology Co., LTD., Lianyungang Jierui Electronics Co., LTD., Southeast University, and the 716 Research Institute of China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation. Relying on the general project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Type spectrum project of the Equipment Development Department and other scientific research programs, the project has completed the independent research and development of the core components and chips of motion control such as intelligent servo drive, high-precision encoder, foot controller and core R/D conversion chip after 7 years of industry-universit-research cooperation and interdisciplinary innovation. Form a comprehensive motion control industry chain at chip level, component level and system level.
In terms of economic benefits and project value, the project has overcome key technical bottlenecks in the motion control industry, solved problems such as low localization rate of core components and components, long procurement cycle of foreign high-precision products and low degree of intelligence existing under the background of rapid growth of market demand for control systems, and provided a complete industrial chain from core chips, core devices to systems that are completely independent and controllable.
