The top 100 high-growth enterprises in Hangzhou are the operating subjects whose operating revenue in 2021 is between 100 million yuan and 1 billion yuan, the growth of operating revenue is more than 20% compared with the previous year, and the proportion of R&D expenses in operating revenue is not lower than the municipal average level.
